Peace Hospice Care received a cheque from My News Magazines today. The funds, raised by the My Local Hero Awards 2013 which took place on November 29, will help Peace Hospice Care to get an all important barrier for their car park as well as assist with the daily care they offer to patients and their families. The awards, hosted by My News Magazines, raised £15,000 in total for local charities and is the brainchild of editor Nik Allen.
