Community leaders from all across Harrow will be joining together to pray for peace across the world in Stanmore on Sunday (August 17) between 11am and 1pm. With the current tragic events unfolding in Gaza, and the violence and injustice in Iraq, Syria, Congo, Nigeria, Myanmar and many other countries across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa where suffering has been going on far too long, all faiths are to come together to deplore human suffering wherever it exists, and pray for peace. “Certainly it would be a sign of the great strength of unity within Harrow, one of the country’s most diverse boroughs.” Venue: Husaini Islamic Centre, Wood Lane, Stanmore, HA7 4LQ Date: Sunday 17th August 2014 Time 11am – 1pm All attendees are requested to RSVP to admin@hujjat.org
