The owner of a Harry Potter-themed Airbnb in Watford has shared the shocking state it was left in by guests.
The apartment is full of Harry Potter movie memorabilia and wizard-themed bedding, and features character posters on the walls.
On the weekend of February 15, the homelea.stays TikTok account shared the video of damage guests had left at the Airbnb.
It showed smashed kitchen utensils, a stained mattress, empty food products, alleged cannabis remnants, and mysterious liquids.
The owner described the mess as “horrific”.
Located in a prime spot near the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London in Leavesden, the guest had reportedly booked the space on booking.com and left a note to the owner apologising for the mess.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the owner who runs the apartment with her brother said: “Both my brother and I are traumatised by the whole thing.
“We’ve had the rental open nearly a year and only ever hosted nice family guests. We never thought this could happen.”
The owner added that it was “difficult to see someone violate the space in this way”.
After posting the video on TikTok, the account received an influx of views and supportive comments from social media users.
