A number of community and faith organisations in the area are providing warm hubs over the winter period.
Warm Hubs are warm, safe places where residents can expect a friendly and inclusive welcome. People can come along on their own, or with a friend, and talk to others over a hot drink and meal.
Harrow Giving have launched a campaign to help fund the Warm Hubs with Aviva.
Aviva will match donations pound for pound up to £250 until December 31, or until the entire allocated £2million is spent.
In Pinner, residents can find a Warm Hub every second and fourth Wednesdays from 11.30 to 2.30 at the North Harrow Methodist Church, Pinner Road, HA2 6EQ.
A warm hub can also be found on December 28-30 from 13.30 to 15.30 at Community Connex, 25 – 29 Pinner Green, HA5 2AF.
