St Albans City FC (SACFC) have announced a new ticket discount in association with an award-winning campaign aiming to tackle sexism in football.
SACFC have partnered with Her Game Too to offer a special discounted price for fans who are a season ticket holder at any women’s football club.
A spokesperson for SACFC said: “The deal provides the opportunity to celebrate the fantastic growth within the women’s game, and we hope encourages more Saints’ fans down to Clarence Park. With plans in place to launch our own women’s senior side next season, we are as enthusiastic as ever about the women’s game and encouraging more of our female fans down to see our sides in action.”
Her Game Too co-founder Amy Clement said on the partnership: “St Albans are a forward-thinking club with their fans at the heart of their thinking. We are thrilled to be partnered with St Albans and this ticketing initiative has been so easy for us to get behind.”
