A successful entrepreneur who lives and works in Rickmansworth has won three awards for her two successful businesses.
Oana Gheorghita, the owner of SOEM Digital, has won the title of Best Digital Marketing Agency 2020-21 in London and South East and The Most Empowering Digital Marketing Agency 2020-21 for Hertfordshire in the UK Enterprise Awards.
The businesswoman has also won Best Bespoke Hat Making Company 2020-21 for her millinery headwear business after working with Rickmansworth based McDowall Photography.
Oana told RickyNews: “Last year when COVID started, I provided a lot of free training for small businesses with online courses to teach people content marketing, social media and SEO. Local businesses benefited but also people in America, Asia and Europe. It was someone who attended that nominated me for the award.”
Oana added that she could not believe she had been chosen and thought it was a joke or a scam when she found out the good news.
She was unable to attend the award ceremony in person due to being pinged to isolate but looks forward to receiving the award in the post.
