Chalfont St Giles Parish Council have installed a new defibrillator at the recreation ground in the village.
It is situated on the wall of Chalfont Wasps Football Club changing rooms which is opposite the tennis courts.
The defibrillator was part funded by Buckinghamshire Council through the Denham, Gerrards Cross and The Chalfonts Community Board and the parish council.
Parish council chairman, Gordon Patrick, said: “Our thanks also go to Chalfont Wasps Football Club for allowing us to use their building.
“This adds to the existing two defibrillators already installed outside the Buckinghamshire building Society adjacent to the lower carpark (sponsored by Buckinghamshire building society), and at the Memorial Hall in School Lane, sponsored by the nurse Bott fund.”
