Thousands of residents celebrated the return of the Pinner Fair this month as the High Street became home to rides, stalls and food trucks.
The fair which is in its 685th year returned to the town after a two-year hiatus and residents were more than delighted to welcome it.
Hosted by the Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain, the historic fair returned on Wednesday, June 1.
One resident, Delia Cazzato, who attended the fair said it was great to see the range of stalls on offer and children enjoying themselves.
She said: “It was well attended and nice to see families enjoying the fair. After lockdown it was so wonderful to see that our traditional Pinner Fair was back.”
Pinner councillor Kuha Kumaran took to Twitter to welcome the fair.
He wrote: “A packed vibrant atmosphere at the Pinner Fair on this sunny day with everyone having a great time since the pandemic struck.”
