Kings Church Amersham FC coaches took part in a charity football match on Saturday, December 17.
The game began at 12pm at Amersham Town FC’s Spratleys Meadow ground, raising money for Chiltern Toy Bank.
There were 30 volunteer coaches spread across two squads.
After the match, the clubhouse was open for drinks, a raffle, and an unusual item auction. One of the prizes included two tickets to a gong bath, donated by The Chiltern Sound Spa.
The World Cup play-off match was also shown at 3pm.
Players hade the opportunity to swap unwanted boots and pick up a new pair free of charge.
Community engagement director Darren Henderson said: “The aim of the event is to unite the club, coaches and the broader community while raising some money for charity and having a fun match.”
