One of the world’s most iconic steam trains passed through Hertfordshire on Wednesday evening, stopping at stations including Kings Langley, Watford Junction and Bushey.

The locomotive was built in Doncaster becoming the first locomotive of the newly formed London and North Eastern Railway (LNER) and ran the first daily London to Edinburgh service.

It is running a tour programme this year
