Kings Langley FC are hosting a football match and fun day to commemorate the first anniversary of Trevor Dealey’s passing.
Trevor was born in Kings Langley and served as the football club’s groundsman for seven years. He was hospitalised while on holiday in Mexico in May 2024 after going into cardiac arrest, and sadly passed away later that month.
Taking place at the club’s Orbital Fasteners Stadium on Saturday, May 17, the memorial event will feature a football match, hot food, bouncy castle, face painting, ice cream van, and more. The bar will be open from 1pm, with kick-off at 2pm.
The first Trev’s Day fundraiser took place on May 27, 2024, to raise money for Trevor’s family. The GoFundMe page raised more than £30,000.
The Orbital Fasteners Stadium bar was renamed Trev’s Bar in tribute to the beloved late resident.
