Pinner residents turned out in their hundreds last weekend to watch the popular annual firework display at Pinner Hill Golf Club.
The sold-out event took place on Saturday, November 6 after a years break because of COVID restrictions. People had not forgotten the past quality of the event, with tickets sold out more than a week in advance and no tickets on the door.
Individuals, groups and families all attended the event from 5.30pm, with a bonfire lit at 6.15 and a firework display from 7pm. Guests enjoyed a free hot dog, a range of side stalls and a bar, and a magnificent firework display organised by Pinner Golf Club members.
The feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive, with many stating that the display was the best one yet. The club is already planning the 2022 event, which they say will be even bigger and better than the successful display of 2021.
