The much-loved Ruislip Lido Railway will once again host the popular Twilight Express event next month.
The Twilight Express is a family evening event which will run during December on a selection of dates around Christmas, including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
The Twilight Express service begins at Willow Lawn and operates non-stop back to Willow Lawn via Woody Bay, giving residents the chance to journey through the woods at night and spot the Christmas decorations glowing in the dark.
The Ruislip Lido Railway website states: “For a limited number of days immediately before Christmas, we are offering our visitors the opportunity to book onto the Twilight Express. Your journey will last for around 25 minutes – a fantastic pre-Christmas evening out for children and adults.”

Ruislip Lido is also hosting the Santa Special events again in 2023. Tickets for the popular event, which include the opportunity to meet with Santa, have already been snapped up, but a waiting list is available for those wishing to attend.
