Watford Elected Mayor Dorothy Thornhill spoke to WatfordNews about a new pilot scheme for voting in this year’s mayoral election.

Thornhill, who said there was anecdotal evidence of voter fraud in Watford over the years, hailed the new scheme, run by the cabinet office, which means voters within the borough will need to show identification before they can vote on May 3.
