A Ukrainian native who now lives in the village of Radlett is hosting a day of mindfulness, yoga and dance to raise money for Ukraine Charity, who provide humanitarian relief.
The one day event, Dance & Flow for Ukraine, is taking place on June 26, costs £35 and involves Pilates, dance, stretch and mindfulness to help raise essential funds and help attendees relax and unwind.
Speaking of her motivations for hosting the event, organiser Natalia Millman said: “I am originally from Ukraine. After life threw me all over the world, I settled in the UK many years ago.
“Current events in Ukraine are difficult to run away from as I feel painful emotional and ancestral bond to my homeland. While I am doing everything I can to promote support to Ukrainian refugees, with kind support of my friends instructors, we created this event.
“This is not a simple fundraiser, this is the event with lots of meaning for me as well as others who are deeply submerged in the trauma.
“Bring your friends to enjoy the day of fun in the luscious meadow of Home Farm Glamping – a unique natural gem. Dip in and out when you wish.”
