CRIME CRACKDOWN: Neighbourhood officers remove drugs and weapons from streets of Kings Langley

Published on: 10th March 2026   |   By: News Desk   |   Category: Featured

Weapons and a large quantity of class B drugs were recovered after a warrant was executed in Kings Langley.

Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) carried out the operation at an address on March 6, acting on intelligence around drug supply in the area.

Approximately 3 to 4 kg of cannabis was recovered, along with cash, drug paraphernalia and weapons, including a sword.

A man has been interviewed in connection with the investigation, and enquiries are continuing.

PC Chris Ashby said: “Drugs and the criminality often associated with them, such as violence and exploitation of young and vulnerable people, can devastate lives and cause fear among local communities. No one should be made to feel unsafe in their own neighbourhood due to the actions of others. I hope this operation serves as a warning that we will not stop our pursuit of those suspected to be involved in drug supply.”

“Information from members of the public plays a vital part, as every call helps us to build up the intelligence we need to take action. If you have any concerns about drug crime in your neighbourhood, please report it.”
