Come and discover St Albans’ newest secret

Published on: 27th April 2018   |   By: Tim Green   |   Category: Uncategorized

The secret is out, there’s a new sunny hot spot in St Albans opening this week.

The new ‘secret garden’ at Bill’s St Albans will be open for everyone looking to enjoy dinner or drinks in a beautiful and secluded setting.

The new garden area seats up to 24 people in an intimate setting, beautifully designed to reflect the eclectic nature of the interior of the restaurant with garden mirrors, fairy lights and foliage creating the ultimate daytime or evening ambience.

Enjoy basking in the sun on a hot day or savour a drink in the cool breeze as the sun goes down during what is predicted to be a hot summer this year.

The new garden comes hot on the trail of the relaunch of Bill’s St Albans restaurant earlier this year which now offers more intimate dining areas, a fun open bar area and plenty of room for everyone with show-stopping interiors to enjoy some of the new dishes on the menu.

Enjoy light summer dishes including a Warm Chicken, Avocado and Parmesan Salad and Seabass with avocado salsa. Alternatively, for something more indulgent, try the Pan Fried Chicken with Truffle and Wild Mushrooms.

With new daily dinner specials throughout the week, there’s something for everyone. Try the Wednesday dinner special of Prawn Green Curry or Friday’s Cote de Boeuf Steak on the bone with chips.

Weekend brunch is always popular at Bill’s and now there’s more exciting options than ever to tempt your tastebuds including Eggs Royale with chips, Bill’s Brunch and a variety of sharing plates including Halloumi, Health and Raw plates.

Don’t forget to enjoy one of the famous Bill’s cocktails now on offer including a classic Campfire Espresso Martini, or an English Country Garden for a quirky alternative to a G&T.

Call ahead to book a table or why not book out the entire area for a summer party to remember.
