Police in Watford arrested a 57-year-old man this morning (Wednesday, December 13) in connection with a series of thefts of Christmas decorations.
On the morning of Sunday, December 10, Herts Police received three separate reports of lights and other decorations being taken from at least three different properties, two of which were on Balmoral Road and the other on Norfolk Avenue.
Now, thanks to quick work by local officers, an individual currently remains in custody for questioning relating to these incidents.
These comes after the thefts were discussed by members of the public on social media.
