CHRISTMAS CRIME: Gifts intended for dementia patients stolen and damaged in Apsley

Police are appealing to the public for witnesses and information following a burglary that occurred in Apsley.

During the burglary, numerous gifts intended to go to dementia patients without family members were either damaged or stolen.

The incident occurred between 8.30pm on 18 December and 9am on 19 December at The Lockhouse, Full on Marketing Ltd on Frogmore Industrial Estate.

The suspect gained entry to the premises by smashing a window on the ground floor and opening the latch.

PC Lara Howell said “I am appealing for any information or people who may have witnessed the incident that happened in Frogmore Industrial Estate.

If you saw the incident or anyone acting suspiciously around the area, please get in touch so we can try and get these presents to those who deserve them.”
