The village’s favourite friendly fox has been spotted recently, but he clearly hasn’t taken to the warm summer weather.
Resident James Green snapped this shot of the Radlett fox, affectionately named Fred/Fredrica (depending on its sex) by its last spotter, Andy Bain.
The photo was taken and posted on social media at around the time where temperatures in the area reached over 30c, and residents were concerned for the fox’s wellbeing.
Luckily, some residents who spotted it were sure to leave out water.
