Published on: 28th July 2024   |   By: Nik Allen   |   Category: Uncategorized

Residents who enjoy sipping on a cup of tea while walking around their local park will be pleased to hear that the café at Canons Park has now reopened.

After closing its doors for a year due to repair issues and the departure of the previous café manager, the Friends of Canons Park have teamed up with Liam’s Coffee House on Station Road in Edgware to bring residents this new facility.

The new café, Liam’s in the Park, opened on Wednesday, June 12, and serves soft drinks, smoothies and ice cream seven days a week.

The café can be found at the 18th century bothy building, signposted throughout the park as the Good Friends Café.

Manager Bardhi Blloshmi said: “Our team has worked tirelessly to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can come together to relax, socialise, and savour delicious food and drinks. We cannot wait to see the park come alive with the laughter and chatter of our guests, and we are excited to become a part of the vibrant community of Canons Park!”
