CAN YOU HELP? Appeal following racially aggravated offence in Hemel Hempstead

Officers have released a CCTV photo of a man who might be able to help with their enquiries into a racially aggravated public order offence in Hemel Hempstead.

The incident occurred at 1.25pm on Monday, December 30, at Cupid Green Service Station on Redbourn Road.

It is believed that the man pictured may have been in the area around the time of the offence and he could have information about what happened.
