BREAK-IN: Appeal for information or CCTV after Mill End home intrusion

Published on: 20th December 2021   |   By: Bryn Holmes   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police and the Neighbourhood Watch are appealing for any video footage or information after two men broke into a house on Berry Lane in Mill End last month.

The incident occurred at 11:44 in the evening on December 9, with the men leaving the property before the arrival of the police due to being disturbed earlier.

Hertfordshire Constabulary are asking residents if there is any CCTV in the area they could potentially take a look at, or if they heard or saw anything suspicious on the date.

If so, contact them at the non-emergency number 101 or to report anonymously, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police also ask residents to be vigilant with protecting their home from break-ins, reminding them to close and lock all doors and windows, to leave lights on when out and to keep car keys and other valuable items out of sight.
