Montel McKenzie, Hemel Hempstead Town FC defender, has become the latest bombshell to enter the Love Island villa.
The 25 year old from East London is an account manager and semi-pro footballer for the National League South side. He signed with them at the end of February and has made 13 appearances, whilst also securing an assist.
He’s hoping to get an ‘assist’ in his love life too, by entering the Love Island villa as one of this year’s bombshells. He caused controversy before even entering the villa after being dubbed “toxic” by fans of the show, after commenting on the “sneakiness” of fellow Love Islander Mitch.
Allan Mitchell, press officer for the club, spoke to Hemel News and said: “Montel joined us towards the end of last season and impressed enough to be offered a contract for 23/24.
“He’s a popular player who mixes well with all the supporters and is enjoying life within the Hemel FC family.”
Tyrique Hinds, another fellow islander, also happens to be an ex-Hemel Hempstead Town FC player. He joined the Tudors for a spell on loan from Dartford last season.
