A loner schoolboy who launched a nationwide bomb box hoax campaign from his bedroom was sentenced yesterday (December 7th).
George Duke-Cohan sent thousands of emails to schools, colleges and nurseries across the UK and America warning bombs had been planted in classrooms and were primed to go off.
Thousands of youngsters had to be evacuated, but the teenager, 19, from Garston who had been bullied at school loved the “notoriety” he was gaining amongst the online hacking community and craved the attention.
It prompted him to then turn his attention to San Francisco Airport where he claimed an inbound passenger flight had been highjacked.
