Kings Langley Dreamdoors branch has been voted Best Franchise of 2018 out of the 84 branches across the country.
The award recognises branches for their quality of work, feedback from customers and suppliers, and their help with other Dreamdoors stores says joint owner, Martin Smith.
Martin said that the award was so unexpected but everyone in the team is really proud and honoured of the award.
He said: “It’s an amazing feeling. We didn’t expect it, we knew we were shortlisted, but we are all really proud and honoured to be voted the best franchise in the company.
“All our staff work incredibly hard. Our relationship with customers and locals is really important to us.”
Martin added: “Our relationship with our customers is excellent. It was one of the reasons that we won the award. It’s not just about turnover, the feedback from our customers, the quality and standard of our work, feedback from suppliers and also our work with over branches won it for us.
“We fitted 158 kitchens last year and they were all fitted at the highest standard. The branch would like to thank our customers for firstly choosing our service, but also for the great and honest feedback they gave.”
Martin and his wife, Alexandra, are joint business owners of the branch and both couldn’t be prouder of their staff.
Martin said that everyone who works at the Kings Langley branch is a credit to the company. With the company having won three awards in the three years that they’ve been open for, really highlights the amazing work that they do.
Martin said: “Our staff are great, they all work hard and pull together every day they come to work. We are a small, local company, who put our heart into every job we work on.
“We are looking forward to a good 2019 and working with local residents.”
