An up and coming musician from Berkhamsted is promoting his new single Wanted To, which will be released on 13th March.
Kristofer Harding, who goes by the musical name of Owine, lives on Bourne Road in Berkhamsted and is currently in talks to play at venues such as The Kings Arms and The Boat.
He said: “I started making music in 2018, I was found by a producer in Soho and we started collaborating and making songs together. We recorded the songs in 2019 and will be releasing music this year.”
Self-made musician Owine, who sings and plays electric guitar and bass, described his single as being influenced by the 1980’s pop scene and a mixture of other genres.
His inspiration comes from a range of musicians from John Mayor to The Weekend.
He commented: “The reaction from people in the local area has been really good, I released a song called Rose Top last year and people seemed to really enjoy it. With this single, I want to promote it more to help my music reach more people.”
Owine hopes that in 2020 he will play at more venues, release new music and an EP.
He has several creative videos and live projects in the pipeline that will be featured on his YouTube and Instagram accounts.
