A young girl from Rickmansworth who suffers from a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia has found a donor.
Kaiya Patel, five, (pictured with her sister Annika above), has shared a heart-warming video on Facebook telling the world how excited she is to share her good news – that she is going to be having her stem cell transplant.
In the video she thanks all those who wish her well and have helped her along her journey, with a special shout out to her doctors, nurses, family and friends and teachers. Kaiya appears to be in high spirits with dancing and smiles all round.
