The recently formed Chorleywood Orchestra will perform a spring concert on Sunday, March 25, featuring a brand new piece of music.
The concert will only be the orchestra’s second and will see them perform Melting into Spring, a piece of music composed by Chorleywood composer, teacher and musical director Adrian Warren.
The piece was written especially for the orchestra and depicts the final remnants of winter gradually fading away and being replaced by the new life of spring.
Also part of the concert will be a rendition of The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams.
