SPEAK UP: Dacorum Local Plan consultation extended giving residents more time to comment

Published on: 20th January 2021   |   By: Holly Bullen   |   Category: Uncategorized

In November last year Dacorum Borough Council launched a consultation for the Local Plan which sets out proposed developments across the borough up until 2038.

This includes developments in the heart of Kings Langley such as the proposed development of 145 homes on the green belt land at Rectory Farm.

Dacorum Borough Council has now extended the consultation period until 11.59pm on Sunday, February 28, giving residents more time to comment.

The council will be sending all households a copy of the Emerging Strategy for Growth summary document which gives an overview of the Local Plan with guidance on how to take part in the consultation.

Residents can also head online to a virtual exhibition to view the plans in more detail and ask any questions they may have.
