Everyone is invited to join Hertfordshire’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration when Herts Pride returns to Cassiobury Park in Watford next month.
The annual event, now in its 13th year, celebrates inclusivity by bringing together people of all races, faiths, genders, sexualities and abilities.
Taking place on Saturday, August 30, Herts Pride will feature live performances, a Market Zone with stalls and local traders, food court, funfair, and health and wellbeing marquee.
The headliners this year will are Romanian singing duo The Cheeky Girls, who rose to fame after appearing on Popstars: The Rivals and whose hit tune Cheeky Song reached number two in the UK charts.
The Ocado Main Stage will feature a trio of hosts: Fiona Flange, Stephanie Von Clitz and Allan Jay. Also performing will be Laura Harding, Portia De Fosse, Billie Gold, Jamie Heward, Tiger Jazz Sings, Steve Austin, and more to be announced.
The event will also see the return of the popular Dog Show at 2.30pm, with nine categories available.
Posting on Facebook, Herts Pride said: “This isn’t just a party — it’s Pride with purpose. Every ticket helps us deliver a safe, inclusive, and community-led event built by volunteers, powered by love, and made for you.”
All proceeds go towards running the event.
