Police have released the CCTV image of a man they would like to identify following some fly-tipping in Watford.
It has been reported that on Tuesday May 5, items, including a mattress, were left off Leavesden Road.
The man in the CCTV image was in the area at the time and may be able to assist with enquiries.
There was also previous fly-tipping reported at the same location on Wednesday 29 April when a fridge left.
