An Amersham business that started in a backyard has won two titles at the Thames Valley Business & Community Awards.
Celebrating the achievements of the business community in the area, the awards evening took place on Friday, February 28.
Kew Little Pigs trotted away with the award for Tourism Attraction of the Year.
Owner of the farm Olivia Mikhail, who was also named Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the awards, said: “It’s been a challenging time for the farm over the past year, but awards like this make us feel like we are on the right track, and that our best practice way of doing things and love for our animals does shine through.”
The judging panel explained the reasoning behind their choice of winner, saying: “It plays a significant educational role for young visitors, fostering learning and curiosity. The farm has garnered an impressive array of positive feedback and reviews, reflecting its success and impact.”
