A unique art gallery has opened its doors in Watford and is encouraging residents to pop by and check out what’s on offer.
The Art in Herts gallery features a range of work by local artists across two floors, and visitors can expect picture framing, printing and even a coffee shop on site.
Steve, Arts in Herts gallery owner, said: “This space is so different to anything else there is around. It’s so unique with many facets.”
The gallery hosted its first exhibition last month, featuring the unique and colourful pop art-inspired work of Neil’s Art Attack on November 22 and 29.
Neil is a local artist whose work is bright and colourful. His artwork features a range of subjects including celebrities such as Harry Styles and Taylor Swift, and he is inspired by his favourite artist Nathan Wyburn.
The Arts in Herts gallery has also hosted events including a Remembrance Afternoon Tea on Friday, November 14.
The gallery has an upcoming Christmas Arts and Crafts fair across the first three weekends in December and is looking for local artists, makers and creatives to get involved and celebrate the creativity in the local community.
The gallery, which owner Steve is constantly improving, features a whole host of work from local artists and is situated near Watford Junction, at 81-89 St Albans Road, with parking available for visitors.
