Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident in Rickmansworth which left a 17-year-old boy with an injury to his head. The incident happened outside the Pennsylvanian Pub, in High Street, in the early hours of Sunday, May 17. The victim was standing among a group of people when he was struck to the head with a bottle. He suffered a cut to his forehead and required hospital treatment. Detective Constable Daniel Evans, who is investigating, said: “There were a number of people outside the pub at the time and I am appealing for anyone who saw the incident to contact me as soon as possible.” Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Evans via the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference C2/15/1090.
