Staff at Stanmore’s Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) have been recognised at the annual Staff Awards.
The ceremony took place on Thursday, March 20, and was hosted by TV and radio star and RNOH charity ambassador, Matt Forde.
The 21st edition of the annual awards featured 10 categories, as well as long service awards presented to those who have worked at the hospital for 25 years.
Long service awards went to Benita Hexter, Lyndsey McDonnell, Rachel Deegan and Richard Keen.
Following the event, a spokesperson for RNOH said: “It was a fabulous evening and wonderful to see so many inspirational colleagues come together to enjoy dinner, laughs and dancing.
“The awards is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the achievements of our amazing colleagues from all across the trust, including our fabulous volunteer services and partner organisations.”
Winners include the Foot and Ankle Team for RNOH Charity Fundraiser of the Year; Dr Nisha Sharma for advocating equality and fairness for all; Kristen Bland for Championing Trust, Honesty and Respect; the MRI Hypnotherapy Team for Putting Patients First; the Improvement and Transformation Team for Team of the Year; and Keith Reeve for Volunteer of the Year.
