A boyband from Watford are set to become global superstars after being crowned the winners of The X Factor 2017 last night.
Rak-Su are hoping for their first number one with the release of their winner’s single Dimelo featuring Wyclef Jean and Naughty Boy, who is also from Watford.
The boys are already storming the iTunes charts with several of their songs appearing in the top ten and mentor Simon Cowell has even speculated they will become as big as One Direction.
The group are the first boyband to ever win the show and the second group, following in the footsteps of Little Mix who won in 2011.
Rak-Su were constantly front-runners throughout the live shows, regularly performing in the prize-fight for a money can’t buy prize.
Tweeting after the show, Rak-Su said: “OMFG THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH WE FLIPPING DID IT THANK YOH THANK OU THANK YOU!!!!!!! WE LOVE YOU ALL.”
