A local multi-award winning estate agency has added to its collection of accolades by being highly commended three times at a ceremony which celebrates property industry excellence across the UK. Gibbs Gillespie which has 10 offices across the region tasted success at the United Kingdom Property Awards (UKPA) 2016 which is supported by the Daily Telegraph newspaper. The agency which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year won commendations from a panel of expert judges in the Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire categories. Co founder Paul Gillespie said: “Even though we’ve won many awards since we started the agency back in 1991 it’s always a thrill to be recognised as one of the best in the areas we serve. “To be highly commended in all of the three counties we have offices in shows the commitment of every member of our team in delivering the highest levels of client care, advice and professionalism.” Fellow co-founder James Gibbs said: “As an agency we are always striving to be even better and to improve our clients’ experience with us, so to receive these commendations is evidence of our team’s hard work, skill and integrity.” The agency has enjoyed consistent UKPA success having won awards in the Middlesex and Hertfordshire categories over the past 5 years, including 2014, 2015 & 2016 and previously in 2011 and 2012. The ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel was the culmination of a judging process which involved a panel of more than 90 global property experts. The judging panel was chaired by Malcolm Sinclair, Earl of Caithness, and the awards recognised the leading companies in the world of estate agency, interior design and architecture.
