ABBOTS LANGLEY INCIDENT -UPDATE |

Police investigating the suspected murder of a 43-year-old man from North London have arrested a third person in connection with the incident.
A 29-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead was arrested yesterday on suspicion of being concerned in the murder and remains in police custody at this time.
Earlier this week, a 36-year-old man from Abbots Langley was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody at this time. A 25-year-old woman from Borehamwood who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been police bailed till next week pending further enquiries.
DCI Mark Ross from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit said: “We continue to appeal for anyone in the area of Bagenal House, Shirley Road in Abbots Langley who may have seen any suspicious behaviour over the last two weeks, specifically on Saturday, July 10, to call us urgently. This was the day before the World Cup Final.”
The 43-year-old man from North London, who has not been named at this time, was reported missing to the Met Police on Thursday, July 15 and was last seen on Saturday, July 10.
Anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour in the area around Bagenal House over the last two weeks, specifically the weekend of July 10, is asked to call 01707 35 5959 or 0845 33 00 222.
