Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident of criminal damage in Rickmansworth. The incident occurred in the skate park area of the King George V playing fields, on Shepherds Lane, between midday and just before midnight on Monday, April 6. Between these times the light sensor of a CCTV camera was smashed, causing £300 worth of damage. PC Christian Gottmann, who is investigating, said: “There were a number of people in the area at the time the camera was damaged so I am keen for anyone with information about what happened to contact me.” Anyone with information should contact PC Gottmann via the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference C2/15/792.
