All the fun at Watford Mencap’s Summer Fair

Come along to Watford Mencap’s Summer Fair on Wednesday, August 23, from 12 noon until 4pm. Stalls will include a teddy tombola, face painting, family photos and so much more. Sarah Fishwick, Manager at the Children’s Centre said: “The Summer Fair is a highlight of the school holidays.  We can promise lots of inclusive fun.  It is a very special day for local children with learning disabilities and a great chance for us to open our doors to local families looking for a fun day out.  We are extremely grateful to Corona Energy who are organising this wonderful event to support us.” All the money raised will go to support Watford Mencap’s Children & Young Peoples Service which is such an important place. One parent said: “Without the support of Watford Mencap in our community, children & families would struggle to cope and lead a normal happy life. Their time and compassion know no boundaries and bring hope and solace to those blessed with disabled children.” Entrance is £3 per person and includes lunch.
